Reactions As Fearless Woman Setup And Shot A Local Gun In Anambra State

This article featured a fearless woman who set up and shot a Local gun popularly known as ‘mkponana’ in Igbo dialect. Read through and watch the video to see how she did it all.

In a new video that was posted online few hours ago by ‘Igbo TV’ facebook page, a young man was surprised to see a woman shooting a locally-made gun popularly known as ‘mkponana’ in Igbo dialect.

The young man who happens to be in Nsugbe village in Anambra state, spotted the woman as she was about to set up the local gun, when he walked up to her and interviewed her

According to him, this is the first time he is witnessing a female shooting that gun. So he asked what motivated her to carry on with that kind of task.

The woman simply mentioned that she learnt the trade from her late husband, and that is what she is currently doing to put food on the table for herself and her children.

The woman began setting up the gun by fixing two costumed pipes on the ground, before applying and covering some chemicals in the opening of the pipe facing upwards, then she requested for a match stick.

At this point, the young man ran away for safety. The woman also ran away for safety after igniting the gun which made two quick loud bangs with a lot of smoke. Check out a few photos from the video below.

After watching the video, some people applauded the woman for being such a strong and fearless woman. Others simply mentioned that they’ve seen countless of women do these thing in their villages, while others pointed out some mistakes the lady made while setting up the gun.
